Level Gauge Radar Type Eclipse (Eclipse 706)

High-precision full measurement is possible with further evolved signal processing! No maintenance required and zero dead zone!

The "ECLIPSE 706 Series" is a guide wave level transmitter that enables measurement at both the base and tip using unique signal analysis technology. The new signal processing Echo Curve divides the detected liquid level and the originally unmeasurable zone into negative and positive areas based on a threshold on the horizontal axis, eliminating overlap in the sensitivity range. By capturing the level detection signal in the negative zone and recognizing the signal from the probe tip or base in the positive zone, analysis can be performed without signal overlap. We also offer the "705 Sanitary Series" and "R86 RADAR," which are compatible with CIP/SIP cleaning. 【Features】 ■ Acquired explosion-proof certification in Japan ■ Equipped with a preliminary diagnostic function ■ Not affected by changes in temperature or process that cause variations in liquid density ■ Stable detection possible even when there are adherent substances on the probe ■ Ability to measure the entire volume down to the bottom of the tank due to the absence of dead zones on the rod *For more details, please contact us via [iPros Manufacturing] or [special site].

[Interface Level Measurement] Ultrasonic Interface Level Meter HL2100

It measures the distance in water and liquids by utilizing the propagation of ultrasonic signals in the liquid. It can also measure in opaque liquids.

Ultrasound has the property of reflecting at the boundaries of different media. By emitting ultrasound from a sensor underwater and calculating the time taken for it to reflect and be received at the interface, we can determine the sedimentation state. Since measurements are taken non-contact with the sediment, it is possible to measure the interface of opaque treated water or the interface within deep tanks without lowering the sensor to the target sediment. ■ A wide range of distances from 0.2 to 10 meters can be measured from the sensor emission surface. ■ One unit can measure at two locations. (Standard equipment: one sensor) ■ Because it uses ultrasound, measurements can be taken without the influence of transparency, color, or day/night conditions. ■ The interface is measured based on computational processing that assumes changes in the quality of supernatant water and changes in the concentration of accumulated sludge, so there is no need to change set values or readjust based on the condition of the equipment. ■ Both the transducer and sensor have no moving parts, allowing for stable measurements over long periods.

[Case Study] Improvement of Water Quality of Treated Water through Level Monitoring

Level monitoring is effective for improving the environment and reducing costs in thickener equipment!

■Challenges of Thickener Equipment We often hear from customers that they want to monitor the concentrated sludge that accumulates at the bottom of the thickener. However, since the sludge accumulates in the liquid, they are troubled by not knowing how to monitor it or what kind of measuring instruments to use... If the accumulated sludge cannot be measured... ● The quality of the treated water deteriorates, making reuse difficult. ● The rake experiences increased load and wears out. We want to find a way to solve these challenges! The solution to such concerns is the "Sounding Level Meter (Weight-Type Level Meter)." The sounding level meter (Sounding M's) suspends a detection weight at the end of a wire, and by moving the weight up and down, it detects the distance to the accumulated material. The weight reliably detects the accumulated sludge without being affected by the resistance of the water.

Vibration Level Meter VM-55

Simultaneous measurement of vibration level and vibration acceleration level is possible.

The VM-55 is a measuring instrument capable of simultaneous measurement of vibration level and vibration acceleration level. It consists of the main unit and an included three-direction vibration pickup (PV-83C), allowing for the simultaneous measurement of instantaneous values, time-weighted levels, time-averaged levels, maximum and minimum values in three directions. It complies with the standards "JIS C 1510:1995" and "JIS C 1517:2014," as well as the new standards that came into effect on November 1, 2015. Measurement results are recorded in the internal memory of the main unit or on a large-capacity SD card (up to 32GB). By installing an optional program, it can also support long-term continuous data automatic recording to the SD card, comparator output functions, and waveform recording. The main unit achieves a dustproof and waterproof performance of IP54.
